Friday, December 4, 2009. Prime Cuts: Vernon Davis. Last year, 49ers tight end Vernon Davis. Was humiliated and punished by his new head coach Mike Singletary. Sent to the locker room in the middle of a game for lackluster behavior. (It sucked for Vernon, but also gave us one of the more memorable rants in recent memory.).
