These two scenarios are grabbing me at the gut-level right now because I feel a change is on the horizon. I will graduate with masters in just a few more weeks (hooray! And for a moment, I'm focusing on Senior Pastors, Lead Pastors, the big boss. I know staff wives have their own challenges but it's different when the buck stops with your man. Worrying about your personal finances along with the financial status of the church is stressful. You don't want to heap it on your husband, he has enough to deal with.

I absolutely adore my kids' teachers. They have helped my babies through the hardest year and loved them in ways that they needed to be loved. It means the world to me as a mom. For teacher appreciation this year, I wanted to do something special for each of them. I found the most adorable printable on Spring Time Treats. And fell in love. It says, "It takes a big heart to help shape little minds.". I printed out the picture on cardstock and placed it in frames that I picked up from the dollar store.
