Kitchen layout not great. Floorboard heating (like Lafayette) which means own boiler. and high electricity bills. Two smaller bedrooms were on DARK side of bldg, no sunlight. Irwin and I looked at 7 open houses yesterday, which was a great way to check out a range of available places in our neighborhood (Clinton Hill/Fort Greene/Prospect Heights).
