First, we need to settle our future house problem, well not a major one, but to cater for our need, solving the dog's woes, small garden, and perhaps a place we can have more space for better day to day enjoyment. That leads to another issue I did not mention. I need a space and room for my DIY too. We finally settle for one.

For those of you who bothered to read this blog would have noticed that the photo quality has been, to put it literally, appalling! That's because my old Canon Digital Camera has given up on me some time back. So This Digicam has been helping me to take either a still photo with its built-in 5MPix engine, or screenshots I took from its video files.
