Tuesday, July 7, 2009. It's too hot at 5 am? Since the last week in March, I've run three times a week every week with only one or two weeks of only running twice. Pretty good for an exercisephobe! So I took six days off in a row for the first time since March with the goal of starting this week with a fresh, positive new outlook. It was not a good run to start my new attitude.
