Labor Day Weekend Exploits. On Saturday, we went to Lava Hot Springs. The boys really enjoyed the big tube slides! On Monday, we hiked to (the famous if you know Nathan's album) Aldous Lake to do a little fishing. It was a beautiful day. We were excited to see that the raft was still there. Thursday, September 1, 2011. Brett and I took a little road trip to Oregon to visit our good friends Alec and Randi. First stop Reno, NV. Second stop California and THE REDWOODS! These trees were absolutely incredible. I thought it would be a cool place to visit, but I had no idea. The pictures definitely don't do it justice.
