Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Topper Grill Coming in February! Our Topper Grill will be opening 2nd semester.the first week of February. Our high school restaurant is part of the Foods class. Students take reservations, plan the meals, set-up the "restaurant" area, cook the meals, serve the meals, and clean-up. Houston Topper Pride Band. Marching Band 1 semester (7th period - fall). The marching band represents the high school at local, state, and regional competitions during the fall season.
