The Morningside Place Civic Association meets on some Tuesday of every other month beginning with February, but excluding June - that is, February, April, August, October, and December. All residents of Morningside Place, their families, friends, relatives, guests, and total strangers with nothing to do on a Tuesday night are welcome to attend. Every other Tuesday, the recycling truck lumbers through the neighborhood.except on holiday weeks, when it's on Wednesday. The truck usually comes through early in the morning, so make sure it's out Monday evening after 7:00 PM or by 6:30 AM on Tuesday.
