Hillbrook- Ogletree Village Neighborhood Covenants and Architectural Guidelines. The HOVHOA Board of Directors. Is the governing body put in place to oversee and regulate neighborhood compliance to the Covenants. t is the responsibility of the Board to notify residents when a compliance issue is recognized. Issues may be brought to the Board's attention in a number of ways(phone, email, letters, etc) and are usually brought by concerned neighbors. Pool Information and Guidelines. The neighborhood pool, located on Rockfence Road near the Moores Mill Golf Club driving range, is open from May through September. Members (Owners) wishing to make use of the pool pay a $25 pool usage fee. They are issued a key for the pool season. At the end of that pool season, keys are returned to the association. Because of the unique aspects that exist related to the Twin Home duplexes located at the front of Ogletree Village a Committee was formed through Amendments to the Covenants. The Twin Home Committee has complete managerial control over the Twin Home Monthly Maintenance Fee. There are certain portions of the covenants that apply only to the Twin Homes. They are linked here for your convenience. Twin Homes Committee Members. The Twin Homes Committee maintains as separate mailbox to receive these payments.
