http://philstkd.blogspot.com/2012/07/avatar-added.html
Sunday, July 1, 2012. I really didn't like the default avatar and decided to change to something a little more appropriate. Not bad if I do say so myself. Posted by Phil Schaeffer. Sunday, July 01, 2012. July 1, 2012 at 10:44 AM. Wanted to comment on how to change the avatar because it was actually hard to find (until you know how). Change the avatar by editing your profile. PhilsTKD | Move Forward or be Left Behind: Website UpDate
http://philstkd.blogspot.com/2012/06/website-update.html
Friday, June 29, 2012. Up loaded a new banner for the site. Not much different, but the sizing in particular was off. Creating a banner proved to be a lot harder than I thought it would be. Deciding just what should be in the banner, color choices, sizing, and how involved (or loaded) was actually quite difficult. But with practice this will all become easier and a distant memory. Hopefully my writing skills will get better too! Posted by Phil Schaeffer. Friday, June 29, 2012. Family Martial Arts Center.

Studies have shown that exercise stimulates brain chemicals responsible for making you happy. Exercise should be fun, giving you the opportunity to escape from daily worries. To avoid injury you should always warm up properly. Just a few minutes of jogging in place or jumping jacks should do the trick. Aim for 20-25 per session. Straight or in sets.
