Life and Times of a wandering soul. July 4th, 2013 – Henderson. Sweet, sweet Sydney… aka Syd…. aka Squeakers… aka Sydney Poitier… aka Freckle Toes →. Dad and Lori visit. July 20, 2013. Dad and Lori came in for their annual summer trip up north. They got here Tuesday and stayed at my place through Saturday. I took a few half days off to spend time with them. Miranda and Cody came in as well for a couple days. Ben had to work and Caleb was at summer camp. It’s always a good wacky time! Dad and Lori visit.

Life and Times of a wandering soul. January 5, 2014. Well the holidays and the year 2013 have come and gone. December flew by at light speed. I spent Christmas at Miranda’s as usual this year. I was able to come in the Friday before Christmas and see Cody perform in his annual Christmas show with his classmates. That was a treat to see. These are some great kiddos. I enjoy every moment with each one. We took them for a hike around Hematite Lake at Land Between the Lakes. Peterson Family Bees Blog. Tuesday, July 2, 2013. Vacationing in Boone/Blowing Rock, NC. While in North Carolina for Kimber's wedding, we stayed the following week to hike and explore the mountains, trails, waterfalls, and beautiful scenery. Grandfather Mountain- the boys thought the facial features were so cool. We spent half a day at Grandfather Mountain with my cousin Rachel, Matt, and Alexa. Grandfather Mountain is the highest peak in the Blueridge Mountains. Awesome mile high suspension bridge.
