They are delicious and just might be my new favorite non-chocolate cookie. The original recipe comes from Everyday Food Magazine. 1 cup (2 sticks) butter. 1 cup confectioners' sugar. 3/4 teaspoon almond extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour.
