Today I saw my own death reflected in the shinny bonnet of an SUV. I was driving to uni through a mountain pass in the Carpathians (let me tell you that roads in Eastern Europe especially Romania are worse than a slice of emmental cheese! I’m not a religious person so I won’t go on about God and divine protection but I have to say that after today I’ve got a new perspective on my own mortality.
