Just another WordPress.com site. 三十年过去了，说长不长，说短不短，开放的如何呢 说实话，也许是我从小上课不认真所致，我始终不是很明白在我们整个国有体制不改变，在我们国家运营方式不改变的情况下，如何真正做到所谓的 市场经济 ，当然这个所谓的 市场经济 一定是会有中国特色的。 所以，在这个 计划经济 向 市场经济 转变的过程是一个逐步开放和转型的过程，在很多行业逐步去除或者是减低了外商进入的标准。 但是问题是，我们在这个 计划经济 和 市场经济 并存的年代，有很多很多的企业是 国有资产 ，在这种情况下，如何去竞争呢 刚过去的10年，我们的国有企业改革基本已经有了一个初步的结果。 那这就是我所担心的了，这样几乎每个行业内都有几个 皇家军 ，市场如何进行公平的竞争 皇家军 么大家懂的呀，资本雄厚，很多时候很多行业规则都是他们定的，最好的例子 中国邮政。 那怎么办呢 它自有办法， 皇家军 么，行业规矩都可以自己定，怕什么。 它由此变成了一个 职业 足球和 举国体制 并存的这么一个尴尬状态。 一月 11, 2010.
