Friday, 16 September 2011. CMOS error cannot save? Everytime I open my PC there is an error message like this:. CPU has been changed. Please re-enter CPU settings in the CMOS setup and remember to save before qu it. Pres F1 to continue, DEL to enter SETUP. I pressed DEL and saved settings of BIOS but same thing happen again. I then pres F1, I noticed that the date goes back to Nov 12, 2003. I thought that my battery is dead. I changed it with a new one and save the setting again. CPU has been changed.
