We didn't ride as much as we would like because of the HEAVY TRAFFIC on the Dunes. So we just hung around camp,. Played with our good friends,. Took care of our dog,. Played in the sand,. Max stepped up and really helped with the party as I came down with laryngitis. He helped them go on a scavenger hunt that he created and play "hot Potatoe". The kids are now in their aprons and hats ready to cook . Here's Rachel with her girl-friends. And here she is with her boy-friends! I was shocked that they all ate what they made! Oh no she didnt.

Happiness is found along the way, not at the end of the road. Thursday, April 14, 2011. Spring Break 2011 in California. When the kids got home from school on Friday we surprised them with a 5 day vacation to California. We had their bags packed and were ready to go. They were surprised and very excited! It was a great day to sit and read a book on the beach. Or dig in the sand. But we would not recommend getting wet. It's so cold and takes a long time to dry off. And for Max he kept his money!
