My experience with linux and everything open source. How to install icon themes. September 30, 2013. Well, this post is gonna be a quick one. In my previous post. I mentioned some of my favourite icon themes that I currently use. In this post I am going to tell you how to use them. Sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ppa-name #Add the PPA. Sudo apt-get install theme-name. Another way is that you download the theme in compressed format and use a utility like UbuntuTweak or MyUnity and install the theme from there.
