Tuesday, January 18, 2011. We are out of hard boiled eggs. They serve only powdered eggs at the DFAC and those don't exactly travel very well for my experiments. Fortunately I received all of my supplements for a more long term solution. Fermented Cod Liver Oil. I take these at various times throughout the day and I can definitely tell a difference in my mood and energy. For instance this morning. Fuck I hope I don't have bed bugs. Then it spread to my neck. Then my shoulders started getting really hot.
