Team Canada Whole Hog Demo. Stratford Blues and RibFest is Proud to present Team Canada BBQ, the Canadian National BBQ Team, Saturday and Sunday June 20 and 21. The team will provide a demonstration of how this championship team prepares BBQ whole hogs from trimming and injecting to spicing at 5pm on Saturday. See the cookers up close and personal. The hog will cook overnight for 18 hours. The public then enjoy the fruits of the labor. An old fashion Pig Pulling will start at 1:00pm Sunday.
