阳极材料 国产铝箔，赋能电压为13 V，比容为119 10 6 F/cm2。 添加剂 十二烷基苯磺酸钠 DBSNa ，聚乙烯醇 PVA ，聚马来酸 HPMA ，以及对硝基苯酚 p-NPh 均为国产，分析纯。 适当加入阴离子表面活性剂DBSNa 不仅可以改善溶液的表面张力，提高溶液浸润和分散性，而且不会影响到电化学溶液pH 值 当 DBSNa 加入量大于0.02mol/L，溶液的pH 值急剧上升。 由于在碱性条件下Py很难聚合，电化学聚合出的PPy 量减少，使得覆盖在电介质上的导电聚合膜面积减小，从而导致电容器静态容量出现下降状态，如 图2 所示。 而对于非离子性表面活性剂PVA 来说，它在电化学溶液中不仅可提高溶液浸润性和改善溶液的表面张力，而且含有1.0% 4.0% PVA 的电化学溶液可以渗透到阳极箔的孔洞中，使得电聚合过程中能够让Py 在孔洞中聚合，从而提高产品的静态容量。 当 PVA 固态含量达到10%时，溶液的黏度增加，溶液浸润性下降，Py 在孔洞中电聚合生长难度增加，因此产品容量出现下降趋势。 由图3 可见，加入0.02mol/L 阴离子表面活性剂DBSNa后，产品的Res有所降低。
