Just another WordPress.com weblog. Lunch Creek at Settler’s Cove. Pinnacle is the highest point in a group of mountains north of the Independance Mine. I like to ski Pinnacle in the midwinter afternoons because of the excellent lighting conditions. The many sub peaks have boulder field diving boards below cliffs above. Later in the year it gets too much afternoon sun. The mountain lookers right of pinnacle has a run that drops into Gold cord lake that I call “Snickers of Fun.”. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

When they plow, you can park next to the gate, otherwise park at the A frames lot and walk or ski down. The south face of Hatch Peak drops into Fishook Crek. The route goes down the main rib.
