They suggested that I spend 1/3 of my time hiring, another third of my time communicating with employees, and do all the administrative in the final third. I had been listening to a video post on HRM Asia on strengthening the diversity at workplace. By bringing in cross culture we mend some of these loop holes as in the system, establishing a bridge where our employees give in to trusting their peers and management, which makes them risk taking and more accountable for their jobs .
