I'm a loser, baby.: Weeks 9 and 10
http://heidibigloser.blogspot.com/2012/05/weeks-9-and-10.html
I'm a loser, baby. A week-by-week progress report. Monday, May 28, 2012. Weeks 9 and 10. I really shouldn't do these double posts. I always forget what I shared last time, and a lot can happen in two weeks! Like, for example, a person's knees could go out. Time to go see a physical therapist. So yes. I am currently on hiatus from Insanity. And man do I miss it. I was almost done with week four, just about ready for recovery week and then month two. So that's where I'm at. June 16, 2012 at 1:19 PM. Week 8...

I'm a loser, baby.: August 2011
http://heidibigloser.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
I'm a loser, baby. A week-by-week progress report. Monday, August 29, 2011. I'm a mom. Finding time to write in this blog is hard, to say the least. I like having it and while it doesn't keep me as motivated as I had hoped, it does keep me honest about my eating and exercising habits. It makes me much more conscious of the behaviors that are contributing to the need for this blog in the first place. I heard recently that 3% of diets work in the long-term. Three percent. What's the point? Another thing: I...

I'm a loser, baby.: Weeks 11, 12, and 13
http://heidibigloser.blogspot.com/2012/06/weeks-11-12-and-13.html
I'm a loser, baby. A week-by-week progress report. Monday, June 18, 2012. Weeks 11, 12, and 13. I honestly have no idea where the weeks have gone! There's been a lot of chaos at home lately, what with birthday parties (Jett is 3! And company (my niece and nephew stayed for a couple weeks! And summer just being busy. I don't even remember where I left off so I'll try my best to get the last three weeks straightened out in my mind. I'm sure there's more I could share but that's all I have time for. I w...

I'm a loser, baby.: August 2010
http://heidibigloser.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
I'm a loser, baby. A week-by-week progress report. Tuesday, August 10, 2010. But I do have news. It has been way too long since I last posted. You're probably thinking I've either been too busy or I've been too ashamed to post anything since I made the blog so boring. Confession: I've been TOO TIRED. I am 10 weeks pregnant, due March 9th. Kind of hard to maintain a blog on weight loss when you're looking at 9 months of bloat ahead of you! Okay, I'm exaggerating. I'm not THAT sick. But healthy foo...So I ...

I'm a loser, baby.: July 2011
http://heidibigloser.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
I'm a loser, baby. A week-by-week progress report. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Weeks Nine and Ten. My two week results are NOT amazing. As I mentioned before, I was on vacation for ten days which made it difficult to find time to work out. I did manage it a couple days, but it got harder as the week progressed. Now we are home again and I have yet to get back in the swing of things. I haven't even unpacked yet! It has been hectic, don't judge me. Links to this post. Monday, July 11, 2011. My biggest issue ...

I'm a loser, baby.: Week 7
http://heidibigloser.blogspot.com/2012/05/week-7.html
I'm a loser, baby. A week-by-week progress report. Tuesday, May 8, 2012. Another reason I'm not agonizing over my weight too much is the fact that I dropped 2.5 inches in my waist in one week. A quarter inch in my hips. Overall that's 4.5 inches lost in the waist and 1.5 inches in the hips. I need to get up even earlier. I'm going to be setting my alarm for 5. That way I can eat breakfast and start the workout about 30 minutes later. I would like to start by 5:45 daily because in a few weeks ...Now: diet...

I'm a loser, baby.: Weeks 3 and 4
http://heidibigloser.blogspot.com/2012/04/weeks-3-and-4.html
I'm a loser, baby. A week-by-week progress report. Sunday, April 15, 2012. Weeks 3 and 4. My apologies. I had a particularly busy week last week, and by the time things slowed down I decided just to combine two weeks in one post. Last Monday my weight was unchanged: 148.4 if I remember correctly. This morning it was 145.2. That's a loss of 3.2 pounds from week 2, and a total loss so far of 6.6 pounds. I feel like I'm on track finally! So here's to another week with good results. Until next time! Week 16:...

I'm a loser, baby.: Weeks 5 and 6
http://heidibigloser.blogspot.com/2012/04/weeks-5-and-6.html
I'm a loser, baby. A week-by-week progress report. Monday, April 30, 2012. Weeks 5 and 6. Disregard everything I said about holding off on Insanity. I start tomorrow! More on that in a second. Last week I weighed in at 144.8. Today I weigh 142.8. I seem to alternate weeks of losing nothing and dropping two pounds, but so far it has kept me on track for the most part. Frustratingly, my inches have stayed the same. But since I started this round, I have lost 9 pounds. Mike, Amanda, Dane, and Nora. It helps...

I'm a loser, baby.: June 2011
http://heidibigloser.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
I'm a loser, baby. A week-by-week progress report. Sunday, June 19, 2011. I started off this week at 156.8. The numbers are slowly going south luckily, but I think it's just normal fluctuation. I still can't get over how busy life can be as a stay-at-home mom, but I'm finally feeling things slow down a little. Are you surprised by the number of people you know that run long distances but still seem to struggle with their weight? The difference of course is the type of cardio. Marathoners do a constan...
