Friday, April 29, 2005. 21km = Half marathon. I did something which I'm really proud of today; I managed to run half a marathon! Yeap, ran on the treadmill tho, my timing was 2hours 28mins and 15secs. It is much longer than what I expected, I thought I could cover 21km in around 2hour? Not 2hours 28mins, and running on the treadmill is different from running outside(due to all the slopes) so I might run even slower outside. BUT of course I'm still happy and proud that I can finish it! Bring it on baby!

Friday, February 06, 2015. The training since 27th October 2014 has been going well. Other than a few hicks up in Christmas period (food poisoning), and this week (fever sore throat), training has been very consistent, and see gains in all swim bike run. Been swimming with one of the best swim coach in Indonesia who is an ex-olympian and currently coaching the best swim team in Indonesia too. Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Disappointment.stuck.and the future ahead. It's been a frustrating and disappointing few years. Not many people know, but I've been plateau-ing in my triathlon performance for the past 3 years. I feel like I'm stuck, and just have not been seeing breakthrough.
