2011 年 12 月 22 日. 8212; 阿A @ 17:50:38. 對於水果香蕉而言, 阿A並沒有那麼喜愛. 但對於加工過的香蕉, 阿A倒是愛得很, 像是香蕉乾, 香蕉麵包等等. 前一陣子, 突然間很想吃火焰香蕉, 但卻不知哪間飯店有賣這甜點. 所以便自己在家搗鼓了起來. 無鹽奶油 2 大匙 (2 tablespoons). 威士忌 1大匙 (有蘭姆酒的, 更好). 1) 先將香蕉剝皮切塊, 不要切太薄片. (這兒的香蕉不要用太熟巳出現斑點的熟香蕉, 免得一下鍋就糊成一團.). 2) 取一平底鍋, 開小火, 融化奶油. 3) 加入切塊的香蕉, 讓每片香蕉都均勻地沾上奶油. 4) 加入楓糖一起煎. 記得翻面. 5) 最後加入威士忌, 大火煮開酒精揮散開後即可熄火. 膽子大的, 可以將鍋子稍微傾斜, 讓爐火直接接觸到烈酒. 注意: 要留意一下香蕉, 不要煮得太軟糊了. 6) 把香蕉置盤, 加上先前準備的鮮奶油, 再灑上少許南瓜子即可. 喜歡吃冰淇淋的人, 也可以將鮮奶油替換成香草冰淇淋, 更省事, 也更加美味. 2011 年 12 月 20 日. 8212; 阿A @ 16:30:41.
