Notables at the Shelter. Friday, September 26, 2008. It was very sad, holding her head and thanking her for fighting with me. But her sleep was quick and her comfort returned as she slipped away. Notables at the Shelter. Monday, September 22, 2008. Miss Chevy is doing very well today although we have had a bit of a setback. Her coughing has returned. Its not as bad as originally and she can still breathe but its making her a little miserable. About a month and a half ago we purchased a HUGE aquarium. It started a very light color which matched no stick of furniture we have so we decided to refinish it. Lots and lots of work later its a very pretty cherry mahogany. By the way, HUGE means 150 gallons.,. This is the color of the wood before we started. And more sanding pictures. Isn't she the cutest?
