The Homeowner-Taxpayer Association of Bexar County, Inc. was formed in 1983 to keep homeowners and taxpayers informed about local government actions that may have an adverse impact. We rely on member's dues to maintain our office, mail newsletters to our members, and conduct spring and fall general membership meetings.
