Blame the beautiful weather-we usually play outside until dinnertime everyday. Blame the start of t-ball, gymnastics, or the 3 busy kids! At home with the littlest Cook troopers! Sunday, September 27, 2009. I've realized that the newest member of our family may not get the blogging attention that is rightfully hers. Poor Addie is often a spectator to the circus that goes on around here. I've only recently discovered this when I couldn't find a recent picture of her! So, the other day she was looking rather cute, and I decided to snap a few. Occasionally she wears one of Sophie's ' pretty's. I'm sure she is working on some more already!

At home with the littlest Cook troopers! Monday, January 11, 2010. Here is a quick Christmas recap from the Cook family! We decided to brave the trek home to Michigan-an 11 hour drive! It went quite smoothly this time. Ben kept himself busy in the way back with his Leapster. We arrived late on the 23rd, just in time for bed. The kids were so excited to be at Oma. At home with the littlest Cook troopers! Tuesday, March 16, 2010. One lost, two gained. We seem to be in the business of teeth these days. Addie is working on numbers 7 and 8, but most importantly Ben lost his first! At the end of last week, the tooth was listing from side to side. It would turn sideways. It was just gross! Finally after dinner on Friday night, I told Ben "that tooth just has to come out this weekend. Dry it off, and try to pull on it again." He did as instructed. I asked on Facebook.

I think it must be a 3 year old thing, because it seems I recall Ben going through a phase like this too. She forces her smile and she absolutely refuses to look at the camera! At home with the littlest Cook troopers! Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Monday was Columbus Day, and Benny did not have school, so we headed to the pumpkin patch! When we arrived it wasn't so much a pumpkin patch-there were no actual pumpkins in patches, but there was a super cool playground. (I guess that's why it's called the Pumpkin Playground! There were countless things for the kids to climb and play on-Monster Trucks included! Benny went down the slide more times than I could count! And that she did!

At home with the littlest Cook troopers! Tuesday, June 15, 2010. And I would have to disagree. Although she may be tiny, she IS thriving! Her developmental skills are right on track, she eats well, and is a happy, social baby. Nevertheless, her pediatrician decided we better look into her growth issues to be on the safe side. There was also that pesky problem in which our little bugger pulled most of her hair out and had a fascination. That's more than a mouthful if you ask me! I think we made the commut...
