Life with the Hubert Fam. Sunday, November 13, 2011. Virginia Beach Family Reunion. I had the opportunity to travel to Virginia Beach this fall to attend a family reunion with Mom and Dad. I hadn't been back to Virginia Beach since 2004 and it was fun to be there again. We had dinner at a little place right outside of Sandbridge called Maggie and Rays - - delicious She Crab Soup! Life with the Hubert Fam. Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Camping with the Russell Family in the Big Horn Mountains. We headed up above Buffalo to Elgin Park for a weekend with the Russell Family - - it was a full moon so anything was possible! The kids found a pretty cool cave while we hiked up Doyle Creek. And we enjoyed a little dip in Doyle Creek, too! Why does it always seem that when we're hiking with the Russell's clothes are removed and kids are in the creek? And now on to pictures of the WILDLIFE!

Santa outfitted the whole family with Nerf guns (and Granpa is at Walmart right now, buying a gun for himself) and just after we ambushed Greg, because he was the last one up, a the inaugural Nerf battle began. Eye protection is a MUST. Do you see the suction cup dart on Greg's ski goggles? Eye protection is a MUST. I'd like to ask our optometrist friend how many eye injuries he sees in January from Nerf darts). And I got a new bike! Good job, Santa!

Life with the Hubert Fam. Monday, August 30, 2010. Oooo this is one of my favorite places to take the kids. There are actually mermaids at the aquarium in Denver. Wow. We were surprised! I think they were doing a photo shoot for the holidays. This grouper cracks me up - - he is HUGE and just swims along, leisurely and slow. checking out the kids on the other side of the glass. like he would eat them for lunch if he could get to them. Jack liked the sharks! He would growl at them as they swam by. :).

Jack stayed with Sweetie all day and helped her buy a new car ;) and the girls and I hooked up with Michelle and Aaron and Madeline and Sophia. Life with the Hubert Fam. Friday, October 22, 2010. Meg's 8th Birthday Party. Wow When did she get so big? My girl is 8. And we had quite a party to celebrate it! She invited over a bunch of her friends from school. The weather was fantastic - they played outside and we were able to do the pinata outside (thank God!
