Friday, October 28, 2011. Pumpkin Patch=Fantastic Family Time. The weather was amazing and Rick was had a day off so we all headed to Pooley's Pumpkin Patch. It was a little 15 minute drive and the cost was great for our budget. Plus, we didn't need a ton of attractions to grab our attention, we just wanted to pick out some cute pumpkins and enjoy some family time. Mathen was bored waiting to get in so I asked him to "cheese" for the camera to make time go by faster. The first stop was the chicken coop.

OK, so I know I need to blog more often but who would have thought that a new baby would make you lose track of time as well as sleep HA HA. Well, Mathen is officially 2 months old and as of 6/30/08 he weighs 14 lbs 2 oz and is 22 1/2 in. The doctor was very impressed with his weight gain and his overall tone. We knew it would be close and Daddy didn't get much down time between end of his season and the start of "our new season.". That wraps up our year in review and I did a good job in completing this in the first week of January. Thank you Lord for your many blessing that are to come in 2011.Let's Go. Monday, July 30, 2012. At least that is what our kids think. We are fortunate to know Don and Kathy. They live just north of Steve and Nancy. Don works at Kinder Morgan. They have allowed our kids to swim in their pool for the last couple of summers. The kids love it. The pool has a slide and most of the pool is pretty shallow, so it is actually very nice for the kids. Miles always cracks me up. He has to "check out" the water first. He never jumps right in. My little bug boy swimmer. She held up the wall.

Syd Syd's turn, she requires a little more help than the others, but I bet she catches on pretty fast. She doesn't care whether it goes 20 feet or 1 foot, she loves it every time. She is actually shooting a right handed bow. I love her face in this one, plus you get to see the arrow taking off. A happy arrow collector.
