Wednesday, June 06, 2012. Haven't been talking much about working out but I am still in the process of it (I mean working out). Am still on a mission to lose more! See, I still have body issues such as not liking the bits of bulge and extra flesh hanging around, knowing this is not my most fit state, not toned enough and the list goes on so, persevere I must! Am currently on Day 8 of Level 2 and will be moving on to the final level in about 2 day's time. Will be continuing with Ripped in 30 after this!
