Thursday, March 19, 2009. Thursday- -One busy day. Even though we had Grandma and Grandpa visiting we decided to go on a fast camping trip to our favorite place, Somerville State Park. Grandma and Grandpa stayed back, had a quiet dinner, drove to Brenham the next morning and went to all the antique stores. When we were done with our camping we met up with them at Must Be Heaven, our beloved sandwich shop. We got there late and went straight to bed. The next day we crammed as much fun in as possible.

Friday, October 31, 2008. Kent was in Austin this weekend for school so we drove two and a half hours to join him for Trick-or-Treating. I forgot my camera while we were out so I took some pictures in our hotel room. Kara and Kati Mae wore their dance recital costumes. I was glad to get another use out of them since they were so expensive and only used once. Kati only had her eyes half opened in every picture I took. I guess it was a bad picture day. We had a slow night ourselves! Our old dog Nootin.

Saturday, May 24, 2008. Kara, Kipp and Kati Mae have joined the community swim team the Stone Gate Gators. So far they are really enjoying themselves, especially since they get to swim 5 days a week. Kati had only recently gained the confidence to swim on her own when swim practices started. You can imagine her excitement after the first practice when she came running to inform me that she had only drowned once! Kipp and Kati really enjoyed their Fun Dips. Can you guess what color Kipp ate? One afternoon...
