Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte: March 2015
http://joysandmatluks.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte. Third Time's a Charm. This picture makes me laugh so hard. I could eat her face. She did a great job with anesthesia last time, when she was 2. I was worried she would be nervous this time around. I clearly had nothing to worry about. She did well, and then she didn't. She woke up very sad from anesthesia, and then vomited all afternoon. She was a new woman the next day, though. Here's hoping this is the last time! Thirteen Months, Etc. Jack climbed in and was ...

Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte: October 2014
http://joysandmatluks.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte. Another tough week. This woman is on the move. Thanks to Lily for making her smile like this. She was trying to get the vacuum. Yes Look at her. Wiggling and looking ridiculously cute. Cute and blurry. She got her arm stuck in the chair and sadly, I got excited because I thought I might actually get a clear picture. This was the first picture I took. I knew it would be a long session. This face kills me. My God, kid, just sit still for five seconds! Getting cra...

Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte: July 2015
http://joysandmatluks.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte. Has turned into a person while I have been on blog hiatus. She is funny, crazy, laid back, intense, snuggly, and the one who just may push me completely over the cliff. She is our sun, and we all orbit around her. I see how the baby of the family always ends up spoiled. This kid has four people at her beck and call. And she knows it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Learning from Sophie and Max. Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte: April 2015

Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte. Chair pictures coming soon, but I wanted to get these up on his actual birthday. Today, Jack turned six. SIX. I have a SIX YEAR OLD CHILD. I had hidden this Ninja Turtle shirt as clearly it is way too small, but he found it in a pile of clothes I had moved out of his dresser. Why do I have a feeling he will wear this to South Beach some time? Does he think he didn't get a lot because his friends talk about toys? Is this just part of being a kid?

Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte: December 2014
http://joysandmatluks.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte. Forty Two and Forty Three Weeks. I absolutely love this picture, except for the snot bubble coming out of her nostril. Charlotte is still getting over a very nasty illness, and I am so thankful for that. She has her first ear infection (she is officially part of the family! They were wearing the same dress. Lily was happy. Charlotte was not. Lily was singing ABCs to her. Lily is such a total nut. This kid is amazing. Ok, holy cow. Caught up. For now. View my co...

Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte: August 2014

Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte. Twenty Five Weeks, Forty Two Months, Sixty Four Months. Jack and Lily stand behind me to make her smile, but they end up being too distracting. I love this face so much, I so desperately wish it wasn't blurry. I think either my eyes are getting worse or the lens needs to be cleaned again because the focus is off. Lots of blurry Lily pictures, but I love them all so do not adjust your screen. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Learning from Sophie and Max.

Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte. Twenty Two Weeks, Forty One Months, Sixty Three Months. Charlotte spent so much of the first few months of her life looking like Jack. now she is starting to really look just like Charlotte. Love this face. She is five months old. Speaking of balmy, it was 90 degrees today and about 130,000% humidity. We had been throwing water balloons at the kids before chair pictures today. That counts as a bath, right? Scared of the flash. Hard not to laugh at this face.

Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte: Holy Shit
http://joysandmatluks.blogspot.com/2015/07/holy-shit.html
Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte. I swear, we are all alive. The last three months have been a blur of work, play, school, daycare, broken USB ports, shoddy picture uploading, and general malaise. However, my best friend Patty told me I could post from my phone (which, almost all of the time, is my camera). So now, my friends, we are cooking with gas. July 29, 2015 at 7:16 AM. Stephanie, you look beautiful is this picture. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Learning from Sophie and Max.

Stephanie, Nick, Jack, Lily, and Charlotte. Forty Six Weeks, WALKING! Dear God, that smile with the little baby seal left ear and the two tiny tombstone teeth. She is almost 11 months old. I cannot. I just can't. Lily walked in the room and she tried to go see her. I picked her up and sat her back down because I wasn't done with pictures. Terrible Twos start at one, as I always tell the parents of my patients. She looks pale and sickly here, she isn't usually this cyanotic. Bad lighting. Jack and I had a...
