Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is most commonly associated to people who have experienced major accidents or service personnel returning from combat. What is Human Givens? I believe in a world where people who have experienced trauma should not live their lives in fear and pain. Each session is 90 minutes; the first session is an assessment from which your care plan is formulated. The care plan is reviewed after 4 sessions, with most people requiring 4-6 sessions to be helped. However, some people only need 1 or 2; others with more complex difficulties may require longer. My aim is to help you in as few sessions as possible. Fear in the Night.
