Saltfish gratin w/potatoes, garlic and cheese. Served w/brown bread. Grilled Icelandic Feta cheese. W/olives, chili and bread. W/salad, sundried tomatoes and. Our very own langoustine bisque made from local material w/homemade croutons, thickened with potatoes from Hornafjörður. Smoked and dried mutton slices from Skaftafell National Park. W/rucola, blue cheese, pomegranate, pine nuts and basil oil. Grilled asparagus on a crusty baguette w/mango chutney and salad. Selected and cut Langoustine tails.

It would have been lovely to stop at Dyrhólaey or Reynisfjara beach, but it has to wait until on the way home. Skaftáreldar lava covered with moss. The moss is as soft as it lookes.
