Most of the country had droughts but our neck of the woods, here in the Pacific Northwest had mostly rain. It rained intil the end of July! Here we are starting September and we still have some nice weather. We also have smoke from forest fires and school is starting for most people. We are NOT done with summer yet!

Monday, June 18, 2012. Grace's First Trip to the Beach. The Lord blessed me with a wonderful father's day present: Grace's first trip to the beach. It was cold and rainy but it was a lot of fun. Things aren't always the way that we want them to be but we eventually find out that they are just as they should be. God makes no mistakes. While driving we listened to several wonderful sermons by local preacher, pastor, and teacher, Art Azurdia. It was a treat to be refreshed by God's word and His creation.
