Just giving a little bit of honesty. May 25, 2013. Some full moons are just all out nuts. You get a packed house of very needy patients (or staff) and literally just run your ass off all night. The nurses and the docs joke about the full moon, but pharmacy is affected too. Some full moons involve the alcohol crowd, some the mental health crowd, while others involve the sepsis/critically ill crowd. Seems like they tend to come as a grouping by night.
