Monday, 7 April 2014. Hummingbird bakery chocolate muffins. Its been ages since Ive baked anything apart from pies. We had a quiet Sunday afternoon so I decided to look through the book with the kids and see what we had ingredients for. It wasnt till we got to the end did I realise that I hadnt seen the chocolate, a major important part of the recipe.
