My journey adopting my daughter from Honduras. Thursday, August 25, 2011. Visiting the Doctor- Lesson's Learned. After finally getting my insurance straightened out we made it to the doctor this week. Luckily, I was able to find a doctor who has worked with a lot of internationally adopted children though we are his first Honduras case. My daughter was declared healthy. She is a giant though. Even though her weight is about right she is over the 95th percentile in height. I did have a few lessons learned.
