Addd scallions, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, chili peppers, sesame oil and mix! Steamed eggs and congee. Saturday, February 18, 2012. I went to hmart and got all the ingredients for my soon tofu jjigae. Hungry for all things delicious! Tuesday, January 31, 2012. I loving cooking and eating. Caesar salad, wonton soup, and sausage pasta. Monday, January 30, 2012. Wednesday, January 25, 2012. I made pizza for dinner. This is super easy. Basically, I just added all my ingredients together, baked it around 375 degrees, watched the cheese melt to my liking, and eat! Thursday, January 19, 2012. Made with Perdue chicken, provolone cheese, Ragu sweet tomato sauce, and Barilla pasta. Wednesday, January 18, 2012.

Hungry for all things delicious! Saturday, February 18, 2012. I went to hmart and got all the ingredients for my soon tofu jjigae. Throw 1 sheet of kelp, half a garlic, 4 shiitake mushrooms, dried anchovies and half of an onion in 5 cups of boiling water for 20 mins. Heat up clay pot, add some cooking oil, throw in beef, wait until completely cooked, and add about 2 cups of stock. Add 2 teaspoon of hot pepper powder for mild tasting, more hot pepper powder if you desire more hotness.

Musings from a food lover in central Denver. Wednesday, January 9, 2008. I am NOT on a diet. Absolutely not. So, since Tula has recently closed (tears shedding), Mr. M and I ended up at Mezcal. For brunch this weekend. I often get the "Entomatada", which is basically a stacked enchilada plate with a spicy red sauce, topped with eggs and bacon.
