Kulai)No name Beef Noodles / 莫搞牛肉面，猪肉粉. 其实＂莫搞＂牛肉面，是没招牌的住家经营档口，莫搞是当地人常称呼这家档口的名字，应该是老板的名。 地方其实也不难找， 就在kulai center point 对面的一条马路Jalan Ismail， 50米左边的一条小巷口，到了那一带，如果还找不到，就问一下当地人，这家面店几乎是家喻户晓。 由于，做了充分的准备，我发挥了新加坡人怕输的特质，一早（8am)就到达店面。 如果来得早，记得要点干捞的牛肉面。因为，除了是人气最高之外，这碗牛肉面好吃的重点就在酱料的特别处理。来晚了，就只剩汤的牛肉粉，和猪肉粉，没吃到店里的招牌菜，会有点可惜。 这里的特制辣椒酱，是有点酸的，配上牛肉片，令人开胃！记得试试看！ 差点忘了，如果要吃，记得要早！晚来的话，（9.30am 过后）。哈哈。明日请早！ Kulai)No name Beef Noodles / 莫搞牛肉面，猪肉粉. Tan Li Seng kopitiam (kluang) / 陈利成茶室(kluang). 在居銮，除了火车站咖啡出名外，备受欢迎的老旧咖啡店，还有这家62年的海南传统咖啡-陈利成茶室。 老板娘非常热心，也和我们小谈了一下，原来这里并非原址，但是店面尽量仍然保有原来的家具。 令人期待的咖啡终于送上，香味扑鼻之外，味道更是香浓，而甜度也刚好，所谓的味道均衡就是那么一回事。味道4／5. 碳烤面包皮，加奶油白糖，是老板娘引以为豪，并强力推荐给大家尝试的。炭烤出来的面包，带有香气，面包不会太厚，非常脆，加上奶油和白糖的绝美搭配，更令我口齿留香，果然堪称称一绝。味道（4／5）. 在此要感谢老板娘热情招待，并让大家尝到居銮的著名咖啡！有机会去居銮，绝对得试试看！ Tan Li Seng kopitiam (kluang) / 陈利成茶室(kluang). Tom yam clear seafood-好喝。。蛮辣的。。不过还好我们喜欢辣. 我和老公都喜欢。。。 听有些人的评语是这里的green curry比较甜。。 炸kangkong。。。我以前在penang时吃过好. 吃的。。。 班兰鸡 ,Sotong Spicy. Food Review by Monori Tan and Angel.
