Random Musings From the Southern Tip Of Africa. October 25, 2014. Brian Brink as a young graduate. Today would have been his 76. Birthday. He would have, by all counts, officially been an old man. He was the light of our lives, our rock; the glue that held the family together. He was the patriarch of the family, the eldest son and brother and our beloved father. Brian, with Tommy Matthee when they served together on LIASA – as his colleagues remember him. My beloved father, Brian. He is sorely missed.
