Monday, March 19, 2012. You saw the trailer for John Carter. You saw the superbowl TV spot. You saw the commercials. No one. No one in the US anyways. Hence why a 250 Million Dollar movie only made 30 million during its opening weekend. The marketing was terrible. Yet everyone should have wanted to see this movie. It had a significant amount of things going for it, all of which were ignored by the marketing campaign. Let's name a few. Directed by Andrew Stanton, the guy who made Finding Nemo and Wall-E.

Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Review - How to Train Your Dragon. I'll be honest. I had absolutely no plans on seeing this movie. I thought the name sounded kind of lame and childish. I didn't hear much buzz leading up to it. To top that off, it's a Dreamworks Animation movie. I am not a fan of Dreamworks Animation or anything they put out. Pixar blows them out of the water every single time. Check out this graphic. As proof. No, seriously, click that and read it. You back yet? Potential based on Preview: 7/10.

Saturday, January 30, 2010. Review - Lady in the Water. Lady in the Water was M. Night Shyamalan's last movie before he gave up on making good films entirely. For now. The Last Airbender actually could be pretty cool. maybe. Hopefully. Anyways, back to Lady in the Water. What this movie wanted desperately to do, Pan's Labyrinth did. If you want an amazing movie where a fairytale world and the real world come together, and you don't mind subtitles, watch Pan's Labyrinth. Potential based on Preview: 8/10.
