Tuesday, June 7, 2011. Everyone's gone sporting mad. Well our little girl is now riding her bike without stabilsers and loving it. She feels very grown up now and wants to ride at every opportunity. Now it is Joel's turn and here he is in the bean bag and hoop race. Again, no competitive spirit just pure fun. And now to Grace. The must have in all sports days has to be the sack race. Here she is getting ready. We are looking forward to our UK trip and hope to see many of you during the kids school break.

Tuesday, November 17, 2009. We had a family outing on Saturday to Kumbali which is a farm on the edge of the city. Tom was entered in the 45km mountain bike race and the boys in the kids race. The boys had fun and did a few km's. They had a hot dog to recover and Grace enjoyed having her face painted. Tom was cycling with the 'FOBS' pictured below who ride every Thursday. (Jeff, Tom, Tom, Grant, David and Lorelei). Tom did 2:35 so was happy to come 5th out of 25 riders - it was 38 degrees so rather warm!

Friday, April 23, 2010. Is that the enormous turnip? It in under 3.30! Joel enjoyed learning how to play ' Whack. Bat' with Grandpa and has been teaching his friends too. Jack enjoys playing tennis and he has a lesson every week. Here he is practising with the family! Grace has been enjoying coming to Happy Faces with me on a Wednesday morning, especially because Chippo. We were given and Tamarind. Wires through the garden so we are a bit short on trees! Jack was also so keen to help Spy cut the grass.
