Semalam genap seminggu diet. dari 80kg dan jadi 76 kg. alhamdulillah tapi jauh lagi perjalanan.hehe. kalau boleh nak dapat weight masa anak dara dulu 56 kg tapi mcm banyak sgt. dapat 60 pun dah bersyukur sangat-sangat. What makes me diet impromptu. Pagi tadi timbang dah 76 kg. Impressive, 1 week-4kgs. Good job! Breakfast - 2 pcs Gardenia Wholegrain Fibremeal (less calories as compared to Hi5) with egg, salad/tomato/lettuce. no sauce, nescafe/plain milo). Snack - same as above.

Thursday, March 31, 2011. Every child is unique. They grow up differently. But from my observation, their achievements/skills are all quite the same. Do you agree? First word - sama ada baba atau mama (normally);. Boleh wave goodbye - normally around 8 months;. Boleh letak hp di telinga - normally around 9 months. These skills are common cuma cepat atau lambat je. For 1st time mom, mesti kita terpk anak kita je pandai buat mcmtu tapi hakikatnya, semua baby pun pandai.hehe. VBAC Or Repeated C-section.

My second bundle of joy, a son, Muhammad Saif Zulqarnain Bin Mohd Zain was safely born on 29th October 2011. First Day after delivery. Second Day after Delivery. Pagi2 doctor datang check. semua ok. ibu dan anak ok. doctor bagi keluar harini tapi tengahari sket. Masa waktu melawat tu terima kunjungan sepupu dan kawan2. Ini kisah kelahiran anak keduaku. untuk kenangan sebelum terlupa.

Friday, October 29, 2010. 26 October 2010 marked the first day i sent Sumayyah to nursery.Argh, i cant describe the feeling. it was horrible. me of coz, not my baby SZ. Hantar dia cepat2 sbb saya tak tertahan nak menangis. Masa ambil mmg sah2 menangis depan babysitternya. Second day pun sama. Truly heartbreaking. sob sob. Hope things will get better.InsyaAllah.
