Burn The Desk: April 2013
http://burnthedesk.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Memories of rock, mud, snow, ice and sweat. Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Physio, planning and perspective. Well I don't want to turn this into a training log so I won't rattle off a bunch of stuff I've been (not been) doing. If I look at my training the volume is good but I wonder if I have making the most of my time. Perhaps I'm just feeling sorry for myself because I had too much to drink over the weekend or maybe it has been the niggles I've been getting with my legs. Links to this post. The last 1483 days.

Burn The Desk: Summer Programme
http://burnthedesk.blogspot.com/2013/05/summer-programme.html
Memories of rock, mud, snow, ice and sweat. Monday, May 20, 2013. I'm a bit knackered - did 50 miles on the bike at the weekend along with a day of rallying and visiting family and I've just got back from my first session in the pool for my summer programme - in a nutshell this will be short! Here is the ride from Sunday morning:. The time rich plan looked a bit hardcore so I've opted for the time poor plan which is closer to what I am doing already. Here's a post swim pick of my notes! http://burnthedesk.blogspot.com/2013/05/fellsman-2013.html
Memories of rock, mud, snow, ice and sweat. Monday, May 20, 2013. Well, it's been some time since the Fellsman and although I mean to update this more often I've not got into the routine of it again just yet. Thankfully I roped Jo into coming to Yorkshire with me. I was worried about driving back and concerned that I might need someone to prop me up. After the first (biggest? On the way up Whernside. I got back to the pub had a couple of hours sleep before the road in front of the pub was dug up! Rob Joh...

http://allanrobb.blogspot.com/2012/01/back-on-ben.html
Outdoor Adventures - Allan Robb. A dedicated blog with the latest news, reports, and conditions from the outdoor world. Sunday, 29 January 2012. Back on the Ben. Yesterday, for the first time in 3 years, I got a climb in on the Ben. The previous 2 winter seasons I have been sidelined with my ongoing foot injury, and the other year I didn't climb up there was due to the superb Welsh winter, no need for the 11hr round trip! The 3rd pitch was very run out. 1 runner in a 45m pitch! Welcome to the blog. Keepi...

Outdoor Adventures - Allan Robb. A dedicated blog with the latest news, reports, and conditions from the outdoor world. Monday, 16 July 2012. With yesterday's promising forecast and a seldom free day, I decided to get out and get on the classic 3 star Grooved Arete up on Tryfan's east face. We have wanted to climb GA for some time now, but as you would expect, each and every time we have headed up, the route has been busy, and with Dans patience, well. we have never had the pleasure. With me overshooting...
