May 14, 2009. Spicy Mutton Masala Fry. Whole Red chillies-7to8(Adjust according to your spice level). Dry roast all the dry spices,Pepper,coriander,red chilly,cumin,cardamon,Cinnamon,coves. Grind it to a paste with ginger garlic paste. Heat Oil in a pan and fry onions till they turn golden color,then add the ground paste,& saute for a couple of minutes,then add the yogurt,meat,salt7 little water,. Goes well with Rice. Apr 4, 2007. Tomato finely chopped- 1big. Method: Heat oil in a pressure pan/cooker; add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and saunf. Then add onions and sauté for about 3-4mts,add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another 5mts.Now add the chopped tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes r coked and become soft. Oct 30, 2006. Method:Clean and wash the meat and keep aside. Soak the cashews and almonds in water for 4hours, and grind it into a smooth paste. Powder coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and pepper, set aside. Wash and soak all the dals in plenty of water for at least half an hour. 1/2 cup cauliflower florets. 1 medium size carrot. 1 tsp finely chopped garlic. 1 tbsp chilly powder. 1 tsp coriander powder. A pinch turmeric powder. 1 tsp pavbhajji masala. Salt as per taste. Pressure cook all vegetables and half of capsicum with sufficient water.then take the veggies coll it and with blender nicely mash and potatoes with masher.keep this aside. Heat a frying pan add oil,onions fry till it turns golden brown then add tomatoes and garlic. Now turn off the heat add coriander leaves.

Pappu will be a dilicious and regular recipe in andhra. People will have this daily and never get bored. 1 Cup toor dal. Tamarid paste as required. Add toor dal, tomato ( cut into small pieces) , onion, green and red chilles, tamarid paste, salt and turmeric powder in a cooker with water. Wait till 4 whistles. Grind green chillis,fennel seeds,pepper,half of the mint,cinnamon,cardamon,cloves and ginger garlic paste to a smooth paste with water.
