Monday, November 30, 2009. Our Hymas Family Thanksgiving was a great success on November 26, 2009. We had a smaller group than we hoped- only 23 of us- but we had a great time! Grandma was in good spirits and able to join us in her wheelchair. I think this is a really nice picture of her. Thanks to Randy for taking pictures since my camera never even made it out of my car! Feb 18, 2015. Today I was secretly hoping for a 2-hour delay, but no such luck. It's cold today! I made it to the gym, which is good. Gym days are usually good days. Even if all I do is walk on the treadmill at a 3.0 pace for 30 minutes (which is about all I can do right now). It does my mind and soul good. And usually I run into a friend or two from tennis so it's always fun to say hi and spend a quick minute catching up. She proudly replied, "yah! Well those were the highlights of my day.
