https://farahyusuf.wordpress.com/2010/11/09/vision-quest-interview-with-luke-painter-and-philippe-blanchard
Vision Quest: Interview with Luke Painter and Philippe Blanchard. I conducted this interview when I worked as a curatorial intern for the (now defunct) exhibition space 47 during the summer of 2010. r u part of the art? – Toronto Nuit Blanche (2008) | Farah Yusuf
https://farahyusuf.wordpress.com/2010/05/07/r-u-part-of-the-art-toronto-nuit-blanche-2008
R u part of the art? Toronto Nuit Blanche (2008). Inspired by the event scores of John Cage and the Fluxus movement, and the instruction works of Yoko Ono and Sol LeWitt, r u part of the art uses instruction as its central artistic principle. A work that…. Babel on Rosetta Stone. 8220;A work that…”. The title of this blogspace comes from an instruction piece by Sol LeWitt – a proposition for the students of David Askevold’s Projects Class at NASCAD in which they were asked to create:. 1 A work that uses the idea of error. 2 A work that uses the idea of incompleteness. 3 A work that uses the idea of infinity…. The list goes on, but my interest here lies in the catalogue of potential projects. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.
