Thursday, 11 February 2010. So far I've had a good day. I had a slimfast shake for breakfast and some green tea. I then went to the gym for an hour and a half and had my main meal for lunch. Tuesday, 9 February 2010. Went to yoga. I swear to God that I looked obese in the studio mirrors but I'm hoping that will start to change really soon. Later I went to the cinema with the boyfriend and thought it a good idea to treat myself to some pic'n'mix and a diet pepsi. So far this hypnosis thing doesnt seem to be doing so well. Tuesday, 9 February 2010. Not doing so well right now and kind of regretting the toast but I'm supposed to be out and about doing work in town right now but I don't feel like doing anything. I'm meant to be going to a yoga class at 5:45pm and I have yet to see whether I have the strength to go along to that either. I want to though. Thursday, 11 February 2010. Was pretty tired today but managed to stay on track. Breakfast was a slimfast shake and lunch was a slimfast meal bar. I forced myself to go to the gym, though I was seriously low on energy and wanted to stay at home and work. I went all the same and felt better about myself for it. Dinner was grilled chicken and steamed vegetables (carrots and broccoli) I also had a chocolate soya pudding. I drank throughout the day and had several glasses of water before bed.
